8 Dog Swimming Pools in Singapore For Pups That Love Water

Singapore may be small, but we sure have no lack of dog swimming pools to choose from! Regardless of your budget and needs, you will be able to find a pool that’s ideal for both you and your furkid.

Jump to:
  1. Outdoor Pools
  2. Indoor Pools
  3. Hydrotherapy pools

Outdoor Pools

1. Sunny Heights

Dog-friendly: 6 Dog Swimming Pools in Singapore Sunny Heights | Vanillapup

No idea where to bring your furkid for a fun day out? Sunny Heights has you covered. The entire space houses a dog daycare and boarding centre; Fur’N’Away, a pet grooming salon; Ah B Cafe (Update: closed down), a pet-friendly cafe; and a pool area with cool water features.

Space: The pool area is spacious, and dog owners can sit around without getting wet.

Safety: The tiles in the shallower pool are pretty slippery, so be careful when stepping in. Floatation vests are also available for rent at $2 each. Only dogs that are up-to-date with their vaccinations are allowed entry. Keep your eyes on your dog, as it can turn chaotic during crowded days.

Washup: You can wash your dog down before and after entering the pool using the available tap and water hose. Alternatively, you can pay $10 for a 10-minute bath at the self-service Dog Wash machine (shampoo and conditioner provided).

Price: S$18/hour. A package is available.

2. Mutts & Mittens Active

Space: Mutts & Mittens has a large 20m swimming pool that they call the “Blue Lagoon”. It has varying heights to allow dogs of any size to have a good time at the pool. We like that they have a viewing gallery in the middle of the pool, so you can be close to your pets and still be on land. There are also underwater water jets and a waterfall feature.

Safety: Only dogs that are up-to-date with their vaccinations are allowed entry. Floatation vests are also available for rent at $2 each.

Washup: A rinsing area is available for dogs to rinse before and after entering the pool. Shower facilities for humans are not available.

Price: The SwimPass package is $100 for 5 one-hour session

3. The Wagington Bone Pool

There are no limits to how much you can pamper your dog. A five-star pet hotel and resort with luxurious suites, spa treatments, and in-room dining, The Wagington definitely raises the bar when it comes to pampering the furry ones. After a good swim, send your pooch for an aromatherapy facial or a very much deserved paw-dicure to end the day like a true royalty.

Space: Even though the pool area is not as big as Sunny Height’s, dog owners can relax at the parasol lounge or under the premium cabana while the dogs have fun. A selection of beverages is available for purchase to pamper the humans too.

Safety: Supervised swimming is available for a higher fee. For other visitors, be sure to help your pup put on a floatation vest and always be on watch. Only dogs that are up-to-date with their vaccinations are allowed entry.

Washup: After the swim, you can self-bathe your pup in their elevated Booster Bath imported from the USA for a fee. Dog owners can also get a proper wash up for free at the hotel’s shower room.

Price: Starts from S$22/hour. A package is available.

Indoor Pools

4. The Naked Pet

The Naked Pet is relatively new but it sure looks promising! Besides swimming, you can also pay to use their quadruped or hydro treadmill (S$10 and S$30 respectively for a 30-min session).

Space: Fully air-conditioned, you and your pup get the whole pool to yourself. What’s not to love?

Safety: Help your dog put on a floatation vest. The pool is chlorine-free, which some parents may appreciate. You have to present your dog’s vaccination (at least once within the last three years) or titer record.

Washup: Washup area is available for use. As the pool is chlorine-free, those in a rush can just do a quick shower and dry.

Price: S$15 per dog for a 30-minute session. Discounts may be given for more dogs or longer duration.

5. Sun Petgamart

Looking through photos and videos of the pool on Instagram, you can tell that a lot of pet parents and dogs love this place! The water flows down the edge of the higher side of the pool into the lower one. Photo opportunity!

The only downside is that it’s really far away. Do note that the pool is closed for maintenance every Monday and Friday.

Space: The pool is big and spacious. Pet parents can go into the pool or sit at the edges while supervising their dogs.

Safety: Always supervise your dog closely during swims, especially when the pool gets crowded.

Washup: Use the self-service Dog Wash machine (shampoo and conditioner provided) to clean up your pup. It costs S$10 for a 10-minute bath.

Price: Only available to members for free. Membership costs S$38 for two years, which also entitles you to 20% off regular-priced items at their store.

6. Pet Stop

6 Dog Swimming Pools in Singapore | Pet Stop Indoor Pool | Vanillapup

You can’t get in with your pup but a staff member will supervise your dog and encourage her to swim on your behalf.

Space: The pool is big enough for more than two dogs, but only two dogs can be in it per time slot. Sadly, there was nowhere for dog owners to sit and wait.

Safety: A therapist will be keeping your dog safe and swimming properly. All dogs have to be vaccinated.

Washup: You can opt to have your pooch showered or groomed at an additional cost. Otherwise, a bath is only possible when you get back home. Fortunately, the sea salt chlorinated water is great for the skin!

Price: Starts from S$10/hour, depending on the size of your dog. Full price list here. Members enjoy savings.

7. Canine Wellness & Rehab Centre

Canine Wellness & Rehab Centre offers professional hydrotherapy and also fitness swims. For the latter, you can choose to go into the pool with your furkid (only at their Jalan Gelenggang outlet).

Space: The centre has a large heated hydrotherapy pool with sufficient space for dog owners to stand around and seating within the pool area for them to rest during the session.

Safety: For your dog’s first swim, a therapist or trained staff member will guide your dog. For subsequent swims, trained staff will be there to assist. All dogs have to be vaccinated and free of wounds, infections, and fleas and ticks, and not on heat.

Washup: A shower and 3/4 blow-dry are provided

Price: S$58 per 30-minute session. Packages are available.
